When it comes to staffing, the best processes are time-tested, have a track record of successful results, and provide a combination of thorough analysis and flexible options. At McEinnon & Company, our proven IT staffing process offers a comprehensive search across quality talent pools and includes steps to streamline logistics for both candidates and clients. Our staffing process is as follows: |
Identify The Position |
The process starts when a company submits a job requisition to us through our secure web form. We analyze the submission to verify that the position has been properly defined in terms of location, skill set, education, experience, and other such critical characteristics. Once confirmed, the submission becomes a live posting as we solicit job boards and send it through to our own qualified talent pool. |
| Gather Candidate Profile |
| After examining our own talent pool and reviewing resume submissions via job boards, we use proprietary systems to identify key characteristics to filter through the initial batch of candidates. We examine each candidate’s background, education, and experience to ensure that only the most qualified talent is considered for your position. |
Verify Abilities |
| To guarantee that only the top candidates are presented, we start with a screening call interview to get a sense of the candidate’s personality as well as more information on his or her skill set and current situation. If everything looks like a good fit, we’ll move forward and perform background checks on references. Once everything has been confirmed, we contact the client with our results. |
Coordinate The Interviews |
After clients specify which submitted candidates grab their interest, we’ll begin the coordination process, handling the logistics behind the interview. Clients can expect punctual delivery of candidates for interviews without any obligation for an offer. |
Process Paperwork |
| If a candidate’s interview proves to be impressive, we will begin process of preparing an offer. All McEinnon offers include a flexible out-clause allowing clients to request a replacement within the first two (2) weeks of the contract; this clause follows our philosophy of guaranteed customer satisfaction. |
At McEinnon, our involvement does not end once the hiring process finishes. We perform regular check-ins to verify that the position is working for both the candidate and the client; the goal is to ensure that both sides are satisfied with each other as well as their McEinnon experience. In addition, we work with candidates to handle administrative and logistical duties in order to ensure a smooth transition. |
| For contract positions, we will follow up 45 days prior to the end of a contract to explore the possibility of extension. There is no obligation at this point; however, if clients want to continue the relationship with the consultant, we’ll handle the logistics behind this for a streamlined process. |
